In connection with the notice sent on 3 July 2009 to certificate holders through the clearing systems in relation to the USD 750 million sukuk maturing in 2011, the Transaction Administrator consented to the amendment to Condition 5.1.2 as set out in such notice and instructed the Trustee to execute to such amendments. A Supplemental Declaration of Trust was executed on 30 July 2009, to effect these amendments.
