In accordance with Nakheel Holdings 2 LLC's ("NH2") obligations under Rule 8.4.2 of the Offered Securities Rules ("OSR"), NH2 confirms that the original assets backing the 2009 Sukuk have not been substituted and continue to be leased pursuant to a lease agreement dated 14 December 2006 between Nakheel Development Limited (as Lessor) and NH2 (as Lessee).
In further accordance with NH2's obligations under Rule 8.4.2 of the OSR, NH2 hereby discloses certain financial information obtained from the consolidated management accounts of Dubai World as at 31 December 2008.
